Thanks Doug!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm the man who took the time to 'go up the street' [from where I live] to meet and visit Gene Chapman after seeing him on local television news story on Monday evening, April 21, 2003.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my meeting with Gene I noticed that he could use a local friend and possibly more. Upon awaking the next morning I had the idea that he needed a website - I do websites! Went 'up the street' and talked with Gene about it and he agreed - so I came home and began website construction.
